As a Growth Manager, you will:
- Drive the commercial success of DocMorris to the next level.
- Collaborate directly with the CMO to enhance OTC/BPC e-commerce strategies.
- Set the brand’s commercial priorities and align marketing plans with product roadmaps.
- Implement key growth projects in cross-functional teams incl. marketing as well as product and tech teams.
- Manage and execute projects aimed at enhancing growth and operational efficiency while identifying new opportunities.
- Identify and analyse key performance indicators to develop actionable recommendations.
- Handle communication and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholders.
This pivotal role requires:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a commercial or marketing role, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in reviewing complex data, extracting insights, and creating actionable execution plans.
- Strong familiarity with BI tools and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to articulate a vision and roadmap for continuous growth.
- Proven ability to simplify complex issues and present them in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and collaborative mindset.
- Being highly organized for multitasking and problem-solving with attention to detail.
- A curious, proactive approach and commitment to delivering value.
- Fluency in English and German.
