Tasks

As a Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - Health Partnerships, you will be responsible for the nationwide sales and development of B2B products in the Chronic Care Solutions business unit and the establishment and expansion of partnerships with healthcare partners. Your challenging tasks will include:

  • Presenting and marketing the service portfolio to established and potential partners.

  • Analytical identification and acquisition of suitable cooperation partners in the healthcare market (primarily pharmaceutical industry and patient-centered health services).

  • Conceptual further development and implementation of the service portfolio.

  • Contract negotiations with partner accounts.

  • Project coordination and reporting.

  • Creating budget plans and business cases for the business accounts and projects you manage.

  • Conducting customer, competitor, and market analyses.

  • Further development of B2B customer relationships through professional account management.

  • Participation in conferences and representing the company.

Strengths

  • Completed studies in business administration, economics, health economics, or a scientific field related to healthcare.

  • Several years of professional experience in management consulting or account management in the pharmaceutical industry are advantageous.

  • Proven success in business development and sales of B2B concepts.

  • Extensive networking in the healthcare sector and good knowledge of the German healthcare and pharmaceutical market.

  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills as well as strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and high customer orientation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong team player mentality.

  • Structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style.

  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
