At DocMorris, excellent customer service is of paramount importance. The teams in the Customer Service department have internalised just that. In Customer Service, the numerous customer enquiries regarding order status, vouchers, invoices and the login process are answered competently, and customer issues are dealt with sensitively and in a solution-oriented manner.

The Customer Care team provides professional support for new and existing customers who have registered for extended services, are taking part in support programs for chronic illnesses or require assistance with the e-prescription ordering process. You can contribute to a positive customer experience every day with patience and friendliness.
