Brand & Content

The Brand & Content team is responsible for positioning and communicating our brands, products and services on all paid and organic media channels and touchpoints. This is where our multi-brand strategy is defined and implemented, content and designs are created and cross-channel, customer-centric media campaigns are being developed. Our goal is to drive awareness for our brands and shape their perception to generate new customers and sales growth.

Growth & Digital Marketing

Our teams in the areas of Acquisition and Retention are driving digital growth in our marketing channels for our three consumer brands. With a combination of analytical understanding, creativity and technical expertise, they create effective campaigns along the entire customer life cycle.

Marketing Intelligence

We undertake deep-dive analysis to uncover and understand customer trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation to boost our marketing efficiency. The team works in close cooperation with our marketing teams to understand their analysis and reporting needs, translate them into technical tracking requirements and build engaging decision reporting to provide actionable insights e.g. in the areas of sales development, product range analysis, market- and price development.

Site Merchandising & Retail Media

In dmr Advertising, the 360° retail media unit of DocMorris, our team develops holistic, data-driven media campaigns across various advertising channels together with the advertising partners from the health, beauty and lifestyle sectors. This combines effective solutions for all marketing touchpoints, valuable first-party data and data protection-compliant targeting. Regardless of the advertising objective - whether for increasing brand awareness, boosting sales or successfully launching new products - dmr Advertising is the strategic partner for advertisers.

Category Management

Our category management plans, manages and continuously develops our product portfolio together with manufacturers, wholesalers and marketplace partners in order to offer our customers a portfolio that is perfectly tailored to their needs. The team works in cross-functional category squads to continuously optimise the customer experience for the pharmaceutical, beauty and personal care sectors by providing the best possible service, a larger product range, lower prices and better availability.

Marketplace

A key element of our corporate strategy is the DocMorris marketplace and the expansion of our product range to Health in one Click. To further expand our success in one of the fastest growing areas of e-commerce, our team is working with our existing and new marketplace partners to ensure that patients and customers have easier and faster access to a wider range of products.
