Our teams in People

People Partner

The primary mission of our People Partners is to support the company in achieving strategic goals through effective people-oriented support. You play a crucial role in advising and guiding managers and employees on a range of HR matters, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. The team actively contributes to improving work relationships, enhancing motivation, and increasing overall productivity and retention.

Talent Acquisition

Our Talent Acquisition team plays a crucial role in building a strong, capable workforce that aligns with the company's goals and culture. The role goes beyond traditional recruitment, as the team members specialise in specific target groups and know the needs of the departments and candidates very well. They use various channels to attract and actively approach candidates and, as process owners, advise on the ideal recruitment strategy. The candidate experience always takes centre stage, and the team ensures a fair and inclusive selection process.

Employer Branding

Shaping and promoting our company's image as an employer of choice is the focus of our Employer Branding team. Its aim is to make the company attractive to both current employees and potential applicants in order to attract, inspire and retain top talent. To align activities, our colleagues work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and other People teams to ensure that the employer brand is in line with the overall strategy.

Learning & Development

Our colleagues in the Learning & Development team focus on improving the skills, knowledge and competencies of employees within our organisation. Their goal is to promote continuous learning and professional growth, which in turn contributes to the overall success of the company. In addition to implementing a professional talent management program, they promote employees' understanding and daily experience of our corporate culture and initiate various measures to foster DEI&B topics and engagement throughout the company.

People Operations

Our People Operations team is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring that all People processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The team members handle a variety of essential administrative functions related to employee records, compliance, payroll, benefits, and much more. They are the first contact for our employees and make sure that employees have a positive experience with People-related matters.

Compensation & Benefits

Our Compensation & Benefits team plays a central role in attracting, retaining and motivating employees by ensuring that the company's salary and benefits packages are competitive, equitable and meet both employee needs and organisational objectives. Within our international corporate structure, our specialists ensure that compensation and benefits programs for employees in different countries comply with local laws and are aligned with global corporate policies.

Workday

Our Workday team ensures that the Workday software platform is effectively implemented, maintained, and utilised to meet the needs of the business. To do this, they work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Workday configurations or enhancements. They play a critical role in making the most of Workday's capabilities to improve processes, enhance data management and support strategic decision making.
