Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various logistics roles.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  •  Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and interview skills.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Collaboration with our employer branding team to optimally address the required target group on our careers page and in other channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, temporary employment agencies, schools and universities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the logistics sector.
  • Great interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Dutch, English and German.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • min 3 days/week on-site
