Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various logistics roles.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and interview skills.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Collaboration with our employer branding team to optimally address the required target group on our careers page and in other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, temporary employment agencies, schools and universities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the logistics sector.
- Great interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Dutch, English and German.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
