People Operations Specialist (24h/week)

Are you the HR professional who gains energy from precise administration and people-focused processes?

We're seeking a driven People Operations Specialist for a temporary assignment of 7 months. In this key role, you'll become the beating heart of our personnel administration and make a direct impact on the employee experience of our international teams.

Your impact in 7 months:

  • Administrative expert: You'll expertly manage personnel files and ensure error-free document processing

  • Contract specialist: You'll draft clear employment agreements and correspondence that are both legally correct and human

  • System administrator: You'll process changes smoothly in various HR systems and deliver timely information to payroll administration

  • Digitalisation partner: You'll actively support the further digitalisation of HR processes and documents

  • Project team member: You'll collaborate on strategic initiatives that further shape our organisational structure and company culture

  • HR advisor: You'll expertly answer questions from managers and employees

Your professional foundation:

  • Educational background: Vocational/degree level with a focus on administration or an HR-related field

  • Practical experience: Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in a comparable HR administrative role

  • Systems & tools: Experience with ATPS & Workday is a strong advantage, but primarily, your ability to learn counts

  • Communication excellence: Excellent command of Dutch and good command of German and English

  • Administrative precision: Eye for detail combined with efficient process execution
