The Order Management department handles the non-pharmaceutical processing of incoming postal orders. These are first sorted, digitised in high-performance scanners and then entered into our systems and prepared for pharmaceutical checking. 
Meeting customer needs and maintaining customer satisfaction while guaranteeing pharmaceutical safety and quality are at the centre of all our quality management activities.
