In the formulation department, individual ointments, suppositories, solutions and creams of highest quality are produced with scientific principles, craftsmanship, state-of-the-art equipment and a passion for detail.

The Pharmaceutical Customer Service team answers a wide range of questions from our customers throughout Germany and provides advice on pharmaceutical issues by phone, e-mail or live video chat.

In quality assurance, the already packed parcels are randomly checked for completeness, shelf life, undamaged condition and whether the goods match the order before they leave our warehouse.

The quality team in logistics ensures product quality and correct storage by checking shelf life, cold chains, damage, special packaging requirements and by processing product recalls.

In prescription control, every (e-)prescription order is thoroughly checked for pharmaceutical interactions, different dosages to previous orders, duplicate prescriptions, exceeding the maximum daily doses or other special aspects.
