Talent Acquisition Manager / Inhouse Recruiter (m/w/d)

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment projects across Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain – from job posting to hiring.

• Use creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for a wide range of roles.

• Actively engage candidates across platforms, showcasing DocMorris as an employer of choice.

• Coach hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and make fast, unbiased hiring decisions.

• Collaborate with Employer Branding & Marketing to launch targeted on- and offline campaigns.

• Leverage data and KPIs to continuously improve recruitment performance.

• Contribute your ideas to international People projects and help shape our global talent strategy.

• Proven experience in (in-house) recruiting, ideally in customer service, logistics, or hard-to-fill roles.

• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and a creative mindset for tough searches.

• Excellent ability to assess and select candidates across various functions.

• A proactive, analytical, and communicative approach with a high level of independence.

• Ability to navigate complex, fast-moving environments with clarity and focus.

• Strong stakeholder management and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Fluency in German and English (Dutch or Spanish is a plus).
