We’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our international People Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and love connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities, this role is for you.
Strenghts
Proven experience in (in-house) recruiting, ideally in customer service, logistics, or hard-to-fill roles.
Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and a creative mindset for tough searches.
Excellent ability to assess and select candidates across various functions.
A proactive, analytical, and communicative approach with a high level of independence.
Ability to navigate complex, fast-moving environments with clarity and focus.
Strong stakeholder management and a solution-oriented mindset.
Fluency in German and English (Dutch or Spanish is a plus).
