As our (Junior) Learning & Development Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our people-first revolution during this 6-month journey. While traditional L&D roles focus on training delivery, you will be designing the future of workplace learning – blending human connection with cutting-edge AI technology to create experiences that stick, inspire, and drive real change.

  • DEIB Champion: Design and deliver diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging initiatives that don't just tick boxes – they transform mind-sets and create genuine cultural shift

  • Digital Learning Pioneer: Champion LinkedIn Learning adoption, curating personalised learning journeys and driving engagement through data-driven insights

  • Strategic Collaborator: Partner with HR Business Partners, managers, and team leads to identify learning gaps and design targeted interventions that move the business forward

We are Looking For Someone Who Brings:

  • Educational Foundation & Learning Passion: Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or related field, with experience or genuine interest in L&D, ideally in corporate or fast-paced environments

  • DEIB Commitment: Authentic enthusiasm for diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging. Not just as concepts, but as drivers of business success and organisational excellence.

  • Communication & Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (additional European languages are a bonus!)

  • Tech-Forward & Results-Oriented Mind-set: Proficiency in MS365, experience with learning platforms or AI tools highly valued, plus comfort with 6-month assignments motivated by quick, measurable impact

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise across multiple projects, and readiness to embrace new technologies while challenging the status quo
