Educational Foundation & Learning Passion: Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or related field, with experience or genuine interest in L&D, ideally in corporate or fast-paced environments

Communication & Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (additional European languages are a bonus!)
