As an Operational Transformation & Training Specialist, you support teams in implementing AI-driven services such as chatbots, voicebots, and email automation. You design hands-on training formats, coach team leads, and help employees embrace and shape change with confidence and clarity.
What you’ll doSupport the rollout of Conversational AI, email automation, and voicebots in Customer Service
Act as a sparring partner for team leads during transformation
Design and deliver engaging, practical training sessions
Create internal documentation (e.g. playbooks, guides, toolkits)
Collect feedback and translate it into process/tool improvements
Contribute to a learning culture centered around AI in service
A degree in organizational development, communications, business IT, or a similar field
Completed training as a Train-the-Trainer and/or in Change Management
Experience in guiding operational change (e.g. as a trainer, project coordinator, team lead)
A passion for supporting people through change – with empathy and structure
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Interest in AI and digital service workflows
Self-driven, structured, and hands-on
Fluent in German, good command of English
Experience with tools like Zowie, Zendesk, Jira, and OKR-based work is a plus
