Your Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the performance and continuous optimization of our paid digital marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, native advertising via Taboola & Outbrain, Google Ads)
Development, implementation, and evaluation of digital growth strategies
Management and optimization of processes related to idea generation, execution, testing, and analysis of performance levers (e.g., creatives, landing pages, forms)
Execution and optimization of multivariate tests for funnel optimization, marketing messaging, and user segmentation
Analysis and interpretation of data to identify and implement optimization opportunities
Ensuring a functional tracking setup (MMP, S2S) and independently troubleshooting issues
Optimization and scaling of digital push channels & search marketing
Implementation and utilization of marketing automation technologies to increase efficiency
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement strategic initiatives (OKRs)
Your Profile:
Proven experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within an app-based B2C service company
Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Exactag, Adjust/Appsflyer)
Deep understanding of lead generation, user acquisition, retention, and activation strategies
Confident handling of tracking technologies and strong analytical skills for performance optimization
Excellent German and English skills
Independent, results-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality in a dynamic environment
