Scope of responsibilities
- Owning and improving the performance of our paid digital marketing channels (Search, Display, SoMe, Native, Youtube)
- Planning, developing, implementing and assessing DocMorris' eRx growth strategies
- Overseeing and driving the process of ideation, production, testing, and analysis of performance levers (Creatives, landing pages, forms, etc)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring strategic initiatives forward (OKRs)
Requirements / Skillset
- Demonstrable experience in growth or performance marketing for an App-based B2C company
- Demonstrable experience in optimizing and scaling digital push channels & Search
- Solid experience with driving an optimisation process based on continuous testing
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze data and extract actionable insights
- Solid understanding of lead generation and user acquisition strategies
- Solid understanding of tracking technologies (MMP, S2S) and ability to troubleshoot your tracking setup
- Strong knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Firebase, GTM, Exacttag, Adjust/Appsflyer, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Self driven, hands-on attitude. Ability to demonstrate ownership and work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Previous experience in healthcare a big plus
