Budget Responsibility: You manage marketing budgets in the seven-figure range and ensure they are used effectively. Data-Driven Analysis: You continuously optimize campaign setups and make informed decisions based on in-depth analyses.
User Journey Optimization: Implementation and monitoring of tracking mechanisms to analyze user journeys and identify optimization potentials.
Customer Acquisition & Retention: You identify and evaluate growth potentials for the DocMorris app and develop targeted measures to acquire new customers and increase customer engagement in the app.
Cross-Department Collaboration: You work closely with IT and CRM to seamlessly integrate campaign strategies and achieve the best results together.
Strengths
Experience in App Marketing: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in app marketing and bring extensive knowledge and skills in this area.
Experience with Advertising Platforms: You have practical experience with platforms like Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok and use them specifically for campaign management.
Competence in Handling MMPs: You have successfully worked with Mobile Measurement Partners like Adjust or Appsflyer and understand app tracking technologies well.
Analytical Skills: You are characterized by strong conceptual and analytical skills, can analyze complex data, and derive valuable insights for the development and optimization of marketing strategies.
Independent Working Style: You work independently, organized, and reliably, bringing a high degree of self-responsibility and efficiency.
Language Skills: You speak fluent German and English.
