Millions of patients and their families navigate the complexities of chronic medication every day.
What if you could design digital experiences that turn those health routines into seamless, stress-free habits?
At DocMorris, we are looking for a Mid-Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design execution for our core prescription (eRx) products and innovative health services. In this role, you will tackle complex digital healthcare challenges, from chronic medication retention and specialised caregiver experiences to seamless ePA (electronic patient record) integration and synthesise them into actionable solutions that shape our product direction.
What you will own and drive:
- End-to-End Design Execution: Deliver high-quality user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for core eRx features, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Synthesise complex healthcare requirements into intuitive digital solutions, proactively planning design increments to accelerate team delivery.
- Research & Validation: Leverage data and user research to validate your design solutions, ensuring we build products that genuinely solve patient friction.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Act as a strong advocate for customer-centricity, partnering with Product and Engineering to align on priorities and protect the user experience.
- Craft & Systems Scaling: Drive the scalable adoption of our Design System and strategically integrate AI tooling to establish new team best practices.
- Team Mentorship: Actively share knowledge, mentor peers, and help elevate the overall design craft of the team.
What you bring to the team:
- Design Expertise: Proven experience owning the end-to-end design of complex, multi-platform digital products (experience in highly regulated or health-tech spaces is a plus).
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and a solid command of English to collaborate effectively across our teams and conduct user research with our local patient base.
- Stakeholder Management: The ability to present and justify design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners using data and narrative.
- Systems Thinking: Strong proficiency in working with, and scaling, design systems.
