We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who understands that customer service is more than answering questions. It’s about building trust, showing empathy, and delivering solutions that truly matter.

Your Mission

As part of our multicultural Customer Success team, you will ensure that every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.

You won’t just handle tickets. You’ll create meaningful experiences.

You’ll act with empathy, apply knowledge responsibly, and collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver solutions that reflect our values: customer-centric, caring, competent, agile, and collaborative.

What You’ll Do

  • Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English

  • Assist with order inquiries, delivery questions, and post-purchase support

  • Resolve issues with ownership and accountability

  • Guide customers towards relevant health, wellness, and beauty products

  • Collaborate with logistics, commercial, and tech teams to find effective solutions

  • Use tools like Zendesk or similar ticketing systems to manage cases efficiently

  • Ensure every interaction strengthens trust in our brand

You’ll balance efficiency with empathy, because behind every message is a person.

What You Bring

We value mindset and impact over rigid requirements. You might be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong communication skills in Spanish (fluent) and English

  • Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, eCommerce support, or online retail

  • A calm, organised approach in fast-paced environments

  • A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • A collaborative attitude — you share ownership and work transparently with others

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Zendesk or CRM/ticketing tools

  • Background in health, beauty, personal care, or digital marketplaces

  • Portuguese or another European language

  • Any affinity or interest to learn about AI
