We’re now looking for a Retail Media Specialist to join our Retail Media team in Barcelona.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce, but we also welcome strong junior profiles with high motivation and analytical skills.
Even though the contract is temporary (expected period, 9–12 months), this role offers real ownership, strong exposure to brands, and valuable experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital advertising: Retail Media.

What You’ll Do

Prepare proposals, set up and support retail media campaigns (sponsored products, banners, brand pages)

Monitor performance KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)

Prepare reports & extract insights to improve results

Coordinate with Commercial & Marketing teams to align campaigns
-
Identify optimisation opportunities to increase impact and revenue
What We’re Looking For

Ideally 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Retail Media, E-commerce or Trade Marketing (internships included)

Strong interest in digital advertising and data analysis

Basic understanding of performance KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS)

Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
-
Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Strong communication and organisational skills

Proactive and eager to learn
Languages

Spanish: Fluent

English: Nice to have

Experience with AdServers or digital campaign tools

Experience working in marketplaces or online retail
