DocMorris is on a journey to grow its prescription (Rx) business from €200M annually to several billion euros by 2030. But this transformation won’t come from status quo thinking. With digital health, GenAI, and platform-based ecosystems on the rise, the way patients interact with health services is fundamentally changing.
We’re building a new strategic business unit around our Health Companion Platform – a scalable, intelligent and user-centric digital offering at the intersection of technology, consumer needs, and healthcare systems. As Business Lead, you will own the growth, strategy, and performance of this unit – and report directly to C-Level.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and Scale the Platform Business: Drive the go-to-market strategy and full business setup of the Health Companion Platform – from concept to market leadership. Own P&L, business case, team structure, and growth path
- Direct-to-Consumer + B2B Vision: Identify and execute scalable opportunities across consumer journeys, partner integrations, and adjacent services within the broader healthcare ecosystem
- Data, Tech & Growth-Driven: Leverage GenAI and smart digital technologies to continuously test, learn, and evolve the platform. Steer performance using OKRs and actionable KPIs
- Work Cross-Functionally: Operate in a matrix environment with product, marketing, business intelligence, customer service, pharmacy, controlling and more – turning complexity into velocity
- Be the Market Navigator: Monitor trends in digital health, consumer behavior, AI capabilities, and health regulation. Turn insight into advantage. Inspire internal and external stakeholders with a clear platform vision
Your Profile
- Strategic Builder: 5+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (e.g., BCG, McKinsey) or in a leadership role at a high-growth tech company or digital health startup
- Platform & AI Mindset: Strong understanding of platform economics, ecosystem thinking, and tech/AI potential. You're not a developer – but you think in systems and understand how tech enables scale
- Execution-Oriented Leader: Proven ability to drive initiatives from zero to one. You combine entrepreneurial energy with strong project management skills and a bias for action
- Growth Mindset & Leadership: You motivate teams across functions, thrive in ambiguity, and lead with influence rather than hierarchy
- Effective Communicator: Confident in engaging both C-Level stakeholders and operational teams. Skilled at aligning vision and execution
- Languages: Fluent in English; German, Spanish, or French is a plus
