Context:
We are currently fostering our Rx business from 200m €/year to bn Euros in 2030. However, compared with todays’ reality the future of e-commerce, e-pharmacy and digital health may be a different one. Gen AI LLMs and agentic AI will change the way we interact with digital services dramatically. So will agentic AI change the way digital service offerings will be designed. In this role you will shape and dive our future business unit AI health companion and report directly to C-Level.
Your Tasks
- Further develop the AI health companion strategy of DocMorris from a user, business, digital health, AI technology, and ecosystem perspective. You do so in collaboration with C-Level
- Own, set-up and further develop the AI health companion business of DocMorris; primarily in Germany, potentially in other countries. Meaning: you are responsible for business case, business organisation and P&L of this new and innovative line of business. Do so in close co-operation with the Product Lead of the respective business
- Manage – in a matrix organisation – to navigate the health companion business with functions like marketing, operations, customer services, BI, controlling, pharmacy etc.
- Stay up to date with a) regulatory changes, b) ever evolving technological AI possibilities, c) changing consumer needs and perceptions, d) competitors’ activities and lead by example with the ambition to deliver best results
- You work collaboratively together with several colleagues in Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain and Portugal
Your Strengths
- Master Degree, MBA and/or PhD with outstanding results
- 5+ years of relevant work experience; especially in high paced and demanding strategy consulting firm (BCG, McK etc.) or management role in tech unicorn
- In-depth tech and AI affinity and knowledge
- Proven track record of dealing with project challenges of all kinds: intellectual, communication, leadership etc. The ability to motivate and (indirectly) lead colleagues and a zeal for achieving outstanding results
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding and agile (i.e. non bureaucratic) project management experience and growth mindset, and high degree of self reflection
- Ability to communicate in accordance to the needs of various stakeholder (e.g. call centre agent, managers, executive board)
- Proficiency in English a must. German, Spanish and/or French a plus
