We are looking for a passionate professional with a deep understanding of agile frameworks.
As an Agile (Organizational Development Coach) at DocMorris you would play a key role in guiding teams and the organization towards effective adoption and implementation of agile methodologies.
Tasks

Lead and support the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across teams and departments, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives (OKRs).

Deploy the current Agile strategy.

Identify, diagnose and address processes.

Promote a culture that embraces change and continuous improvement.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of Agile processes and align expectations and objectives.
Strengths
-
Certification in Agile frameworks.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong storytelling skills.

Ability to prepare and facilitate workshops.

Proficient in English and German.

Demonstrated experience in applying agile methodologies across multiple teams or organizations.

Strong facilitation, communication, mentoring and adaptability to different organizational cultures.
