Our Workday team consists of colleagues from different backgrounds, and we are looking for a communicative, English-speaking specialist with technical expertise. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our users and translate them into technical configurations within the Workday ecosystem.
Tasks

You will drive the technical development and optimization of our group-wide Workday HCM suite, specifically focusing on the configuration of Recruitment, Learning, Talent, and/or Time Tracking and Absence modules.

You will design, build, and optimize Workday Business Processes (BP), ensuring they align with organizational needs while maintaining system integrity.

You will provide technical insights to help shape the Workday road-map in line with company goals.

You will design and optimise HR processes in Workday and take care of the configuration.

You will act as a technical escalation point for HR colleagues, providing troubleshooting, technical documentation, and system training.
- You will create and maintain the backlog with prioritised user stories for the team to work on
- You will manage a technical backlog of user stories, building MVPs, performing unit testing, and leading End-to-End (E2E) testing alongside stakeholders and external partners.
Strengths

You have a degree or vocational training in the digital field.

You already have experience in HR and are familiar with the Workday HCM Suite.
- You are able to create and maintain complex calculated Fields and condition rules.

You have analytical thinking skills, are quick on the uptake and have an independent and flexible approach to work.

You have a keen sense of data protection, information security and confidentiality.

You enjoy agile working and are familiar with Scrum, product ownership and common tools such as Jira.

Fluency in English is a must; another language such as German, Dutch or Spanish would be an advantage.
