You will play the crucial role of understanding our Marketing teams’ reporting, tracking, and performance needs, translating them into technical requirements, and supporting their implementation in close collaboration with our Tech teams.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Be the main analytics contact for all Marketing teams, understanding their reporting needs, KPIs, and decision workflows.
- Translate marketing requirements into technical tracking specifications, ensuring clean, accurate, and privacy-compliant data collection across Web and App platforms.
- Collaborate closely with our Tech teams to design, validate, and maintain a robust tracking landscape (client-side and server-side).
- Across the multiple marketing analytics tools in our data ecosystem, ensure high data quality, monitor tracking health, and proactively identify issues or improvement opportunities.
- Train and support Marketing users in the use of analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
- Stay informed about trends in tracking technology, attribution, privacy regulation, and marketing measurement to bring this knowledge back into our marketing setup.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, funnels, and campaign effectiveness to uncover optimization opportunities and growth drivers.
- Develop dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights and help Marketing teams optimize campaign performance and user journeys.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Web & App Marketing Analytics Specialist or similar role, in a customer-centric company, preferably e-commerce, transactional marketplace, or e-health.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data or similar fields.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Exactag, Braze, GTM, GA4…) and how they integrate into a broader data ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of modern tracking architectures, including client-side and server-side tracking, consent implications, and privacy-driven changes (e.g., cookie deprecation, ATT).
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights/requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and pragmatic mindset continuously striving to optimize processes and improve data quality.
