Your Position Mission:
We are looking for a professional with experience in logistics operations and team management to take full responsibility for a manual warehouse. Yourmain responsibilities are:
- Lead and manage all manual warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
- Ensure daily KPI compliance and operational efficiency across logistics functions.
- Supervise and motivate the logistics team: task allocation, shift planning, and performance tracking.
- Manage inventory processes including stock counts, rotation, and replenishment orders to suppliers.
- Coordinate staffing needs during peak seasons with external agencies.
- Oversee equipment usage, maintenance, and safety inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational and software processes, especially in manual environments and maintaining warehouse standards for cleanliness, safety, and order (5S).
Your Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations with team leadership.
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and digital inventory tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience in manual warehouse processes.
- Skilled in KPI tracking using Excel, Google Sheets, or Qlik Sense.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and safety in warehouse equipment usage
- Fluent in Spanish; English at least at B2 level.
