Tasks
- You will be accountable for defining and optimizing key customer journeys to increase engagement within the DocMorris App
- Gain deep understanding of customer behavior and identify friction points in the current digital experience
- Lead initiatives surrounding redemption of e-prescriptions and Rx customer acquisition
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear, actionable user stories
- Monitor product performance by tracking metrics such as user engagement, retention rates, and customer satisfaction
- Facilitate alignment with peers and technical teams on product direction and priorities
- Work with OKR cross-functional teams to shape the company’s roadmap
Strengths
- You have experience in digital health industry or similar fields
- You have experience in app product development & mobile first approach and in design thinking / agile product development
- You have strong communication skills and you're an empathic and team oriented person
- You have a customer-centric mindset with ability to advocate for user needs
- Certificated Product Owner by Scrum Alliance / scrum.org would be nice to have
- You are fluent in German and have good English communication skills
- Preferably, you possess background knowledge in German health care and/ or in e-commerce
