As Head of AI Service Automation, you’ll lead a new cross-functional team developing solutions for chatbots, email automation, and voicebots. You align business goals with technical solutions, drive our AI strategy, and coordinate efforts across multiple departments.
What you’ll doBuild and lead the Conversational AI team
Develop and implement AI-based solutions for customer communication
Align and coordinate between IT, customer service, and business stakeholders
Define clear project roadmaps and manage delivery timelines
Evaluate and integrate relevant AI tools and technologies
A degree in business informatics, computer science, AI, or a similar field
A Master’s in AI Leadership or project management certifications is a plus
Experience leading AI or tech-driven projects and managing cross-functional teams
Technical understanding of AI, LLMs, and automation workflows
Experience with tools such as Zowie, Zendesk, Jira, Dialogflow, Cognigy
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluent in German and English
