As our Manager Digital Health Journeys (m/f/d), you are the heart of our digital health guides. You combine technical expertise with deep empathy to provide patients with the exact support they need in their daily lives, whether managing chronic conditions or acute symptoms.
Your Challenge: Creating Experiences that Matter
You don’t just manage pages, you build bridges between data, needs, and solutions.
End-to-End Ownership: You design and optimise digital user journeys (Health Journeys) within the DocMorris App and website. Your goal: providing relevant content at the right time.
User-Centricity: Together with our Data Analytics team, you analyse user behaviour and needs. Through UX testing, you ensure our solutions are intuitive and truly helpful.
Stakeholder Management: You are the central hub. You bring experts from Marketing, Product, Legal, and IT together to create the best possible user experience.
Partner Integration: You work closely with Account Management to seamlessly integrate partnerships (e.g., with pharma partners or health apps) into the journey—without ever losing focus on the patient.
Data-Driven Optimisation: You build dashboards and use KPIs to monitor the success of your journeys and drive continuous improvement.
Your Profile: Passion Meets Competence
Digital Background: You are confident using Content Management Systems (CMS) and have a keen eye for great UX/UI.
Analytical Mindset: You love interpreting data (e.g., via Tableau or Excel) and translating it into actionable insights.
Project Management Skills: You keep a clear head even with multiple stakeholders and communicate reliably and transparently.
Industry Interest: You have a basic understanding of the healthcare sector or a strong motivation to dive deep into the needs of patients.
Language Skills: You are fluent in both German and English.
