Your tasks
Key Responsibilities


  • Employer Positioning & Recruitment Marketing: Concept, execute, and continually optimize multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, careers platforms, and external touchpoints to attract top talent for DocMorris.

  • Internal Communications (People topics) & Project Roll-outs: Design and execute structured communication strategies for key business initiatives (People), system implementations, and change processes to drive clarity, alignment, and adoption across the organization.

  • Intranet & Career Page Strategy & Governance: Own the functional structure, content strategy, editorial planning, and continuous user-experience improvement of the DocMorris Intranet and various Career Pages.

  • Engagement: Champion and embed the DocMorris culture principles into everyday internal communications; concept internal events, campaigns, and cultural touchpoints like #one_docmorris that build community, reinforce our culture principles, and elevate the overall employee experience.

  • Advanced AI Workflows & Tooling: Design and implement team-wide AI-driven workflows , create tailored brand models and prompt libraries, establish clear guidelines for ethical AI usage across Employer Branding and Communications, and pilot next-generation AI marketing tools to optimize productivity and innovation for your area of responsibility and expertise.

  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia assets for both internal news channels and external candidate channels (incl Social Media channels), setting high creative and tone-of-voice standards.

  • Stakeholder Advisory & Cross-Functional Partnering: Partner closely with People teams, IT, Marketing, External Partners and leadership to capture internal success stories, advise leadership on internal communication best practices, and support departmental announcements.

  • Data-Driven Performance & Reporting: Support the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs), for both internal communications reach and employer branding campaign effectiveness to continually refine strategy.



Your Qualifications & Competencies


  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration with a focus on People/HR or Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proven experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or Corporate/Internal Communications (with advanced-level scope expected for leading complex change initiatives, AI integrations, and Intranet governance).

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing modern Intranet platforms, content management systems, editorial calendars, and cultural engagement programs.

  • Solid track record of planning and executing communication streams for corporate project roll-outs and change management initiatives.

  • Hands-on proficiency with modern content creation tools, multimedia platforms, and advanced generative AI applications (prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and ethical usage guidelines).

  • Excellent editorial, storytelling, Design knowledge and copywriting skills tailored to diverse audience personas.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive, structured, and hands-on operational approach.

  • Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken); Dutch is a plus.
