Tasks
- Manage the analysis of technical requirements in Order to Cash and in various projects.
- Coordinate the customizing of the CRM/SD/MM landscape in close collaboration with the business units.
- Lead the preparation for the S4/Hana transformation.
- Coordination of development requirements with internal and external SAP developers.
- Ensuring the quality of the assigned developments.
- Ensuring a smooth workflow with the adjacent interfaces.
- Development of technical solutions in accordance with the architecture specifications.
- Counterpart of O2C PO in the S/W development and release process
- Conducting oner on ones with developers
- Maintenance of development guidelines and ensuring their compliance.
- Planning and management of development resources for all projects.
- Checking the availability of external partners
- Developing the applications towards the target model
- Constantly improving the ways of technically working, improving the release process
- Coaching of employees.
- Career development of employees.
- Escalation management for major outages.
- Troubleshooting and management of major application or system disruptions.
- Cutover management for large integration projects during go live
- Fostering and enhancement of the Brownbag session
- Contribution to the IT roadmap from an IT perspective.
- Support the S/4HANA transformation of the ERP
- Occasionally managing small projects
- Ensuring trouble free operations together with SAP Basis
- Ensuring information flow between teams
- Supporting collaborating with the non-SAP-Teams
- Ensuring that team remains innovative
- You have experience in leading small and medium sized teams.
- You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable education and bring several years of professional experience in leading the implementation of complex business processes in the area of Order to Cash in SAP.
- You have extensive knowledge in the SAP modules SD/MM and underlying technology
- You have technical understanding of ABAP OO, ABAP Workbench, Eclipse, transport system, solution manager, performance optimisation.
- You have a holistic overview to identify cross-functional impacts of planned IT activities at an early stage.
- You bring experience in engaging and convincing different business units.
- Experience in S/4HANA
- You have very good analytical thinking skills as well as strong customer and process orientation.
- You have very good communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch or German is an advantage.
