Context:

We are currently fostering our Rx business from 200m €/year to x bn€. However, the future of e-commerce and digital health may be a different. Gen AI and AI agents will change the way we interact with digital services dramatically. So will agents change the way digital service offerings will be designed. In this role you will design this future and support the Chief Business Owner Rx Health (CBO) of DocMorris.

Your Tasks:

  • Shape the AI strategy of Rx at DocMorris from a business, digital health, ecosystem and product perspective.
  • Own and further develop projects of direct importance to the Chief Business Owner Rx Health of DocMorris. Align in project initiatives management with the respective business owners and potentially other stakeholders.
  • Manage – in a matrix organisation – to navigate various business projects with functions like marketing, operations, customer services, BI, controlling, pharmacy etc.
  • Your focus will be on management and creation of additional Rx growth initiatives as well as shaping new AI based digital strategy and products.
  • Stay up to date with a) regulatory changes, b) technological possibilities and their implications for business projects, c) changing consumer needs and perceptions, d) competitors’ activities.
  • Lead by example with the ambition to deliver best results.
  • You work collaboratively together with several colleagues in Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain and Portugal.

Your Strengths:

  • Master Degree, MBA and/or PhD with outstanding results (i.e. upper top 15%) of a top 10 University in your country.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience; especially in high paced and demanding strategy consulting firm (BCG, McK etc.) or management role in tech unicorn.
  • In-depth tech and AI affinity and knowledge.
  • Proven track record of dealing with project challenges of all kinds: intellectual, communication, leadership etc. The ability to motivate and (indirectly) lead colleagues and a zeal for achieving outstanding results
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding and agile (i.e. non bureaucratic!) project management experience and growth mindset
  • High degree of self reflection
  • Ability to communicate in accordance to the needs of various stakeholder (e.g. call centre agent, managers, executive board)
  • In summary: strong, super ambitious young performer with a strong growth mindset
  • Proficiency in English a must. German, Spanish and/or French a plus
