We’re looking for a Software Engineer with experience in backend development using PHP and frontend development with React. This role involves working across the full stack and collaborating closely with product and design teams.
Requirements
● At least 4 years experience with PHP and modern Backend Framework: Symfony, Laravel, etc.
● Experience working with Typescript.
● Experience working with GraphQL.
● Experience with ReactJS, or another modern JavaScript web framework or library.
● Understand the core concepts of JavaScript.
● Experience writing automated tests (unit and integration tests).
● Experience working with RESTful APIs.
● Write high-quality HTML that is easy to read and scales well.
● Passionate for new technologies, clean code, and good development practices.
● A communication pro – must be able to explain technical issues to a non-technical person, pleasantly.
● There is direct project oversight, but you are expected to take ownership of your work and your projects, establish deadlines, and communicate progress proactively
Nice to have
● Knowledge about debugging and profiling web to detect Errors and/or performance issues.
● Experience working in production environments with Kubernetes and Docker.
● Experience in CI/CD.
● Strong agile culture and used to planning with Scrum methodologies.
● Having worked with microservices would be highly valued.
● Analyse logs effectively and maintain a strong focus on testing to ensure application reliability and performance
● Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
