Your Mission

Are you a trusted partner for leaders, passionate about clear processes and complex stakeholder landscapes? Join DocMorris as a People Partner (f/m/d) and help shape our culture on the journey toward “Health in one Click.”

This role is fixed-term for approximately 18 months as parental leave cover, offering you the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic environment. As a culture architect and strategic compass, you’ll switch between advisor, mediator, analyst, and consultant—guiding HR topics, supporting staffing processes, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring success for both people and business.

What to Expect – Your Responsibilities

  • Advise & Support: Guide managers through organizational and individual topics, including change processes and sensitive decisions.

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and ensure smooth execution of operational HR tasks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and boost engagement and productivity.
  • Process & System Excellence: Work with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and optimize processes for efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive People & Business Success: Translate KPIs into actionable insights and lead initiatives in performance management, talent development, and compensation & benefits.
  • Culture & Change: Act as a culture architect and support our “Health in one Click” transformation with empathy and pragmatism.

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience as an HR Generalist or People Partner, ideally in dynamic environments (scale-up, start-up, or corporate).
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, HR processes, policies, and administrative tasks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills with an adaptable communication style.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and ability to interpret KPIs.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented with a “can-do” mindset.
  • Ideally, a degree in economics, psychology, or business education with a focus on Human Resources (or equivalent qualification).
  • Important: We value skills, impact, and potential. If you don’t meet every requirement yet – we encourage you to apply anyway.
