As Outbound Logistics Team Leader, you’re the key player in ensuring everything runs smoothly – always with quality, safety, and compliance (GDP & 5S) at the forefront.
What you will do

Lead and develop your team: onboarding, coaching, performance reviews

Ensure a safe, clean, and structured workplace following GDP guidelines and 5S principles

Manage key KPIs: delivery time, error rates, productivity

Proactively coordinate with fellow team leaders and management on improvements, planning, backup coverage and job rotation

Ensure all procedures, rules, and instructions are followed – and improved where needed

What you bring (requirements & qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent, proven experience in logistics
-
At least 5 years of leadership experience in a logistics environment, preferably in pharma or a regulated industry

Fluency in Dutch, English and German (spoken and written)

Structured and goal-oriented – even in high-pressure or fast-changing environments
-
A proactive, motivating leader who leads by example and treats others with respect

Strong process insight: you understand interdependencies and spot areas for improvement

Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends) and rotate between tasks/teams
