We’re looking for a proactive Inside Sales to grow and support our seller network in Portugal and Spain
What You’ll Do-
Recruit new sellers (pharmacies, parapharmacies, brands) and negotiate catalogue inclusion.

Onboard and train sellers on platform use, catalogue setup, and performance optimisation.

Support daily operations: orders, shipping, returns, and incident resolution.

Ensure smooth fulfilment and proactively resolve seller issues.

Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams (Success, Catalogue, Marketing, Warehouse).

Use AI tools to streamline workflows.

Experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces, or commercial roles.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

Data-driven mindset with basic Excel skills.

Problem-solver, adaptable, and able to work independently.
-
Spanish & Portuguese: C1 level.
-
English: intermediate.
-
Nice to have: experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
