Being an HR Business Partner at DocMorris, is like being a coach within the NBA!

You advise them on how to compete with operational HR issues, dribble through personnel processes, and jump over HR-related obstacles on the field.

Strengths

Big chance you will score a “3-pointer” if you:

  • Feel responsible for ensuring regular, accurate communication (verbal & written) with relevant parties across the business to ensure a fully supportive HR function

  • Have obtained some years of professional experience as an HR partner/personnel officer or in a comparable operational function.

  • Are IT literate, including all Microsoft practices and ideally HRIS Workday and HR communication tools

  • fluent in German language and good command of English

  • Possess an independent and self-reliant style of working as well as a structured way of working.

  • The ability to work conscientiously in a team as well as independently.

  • Preferably completed successfully a degree in economics, psychology or business education with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.

This position is a 36 - 40 hours per week position
