As a Business Analyst / Data Owner, you are the bridge between our Customer Service teams and the data landscape. You identify reporting needs, develop dashboards, and collaborate with the central data team to empower data-driven decisions and improve our digital customer service.
What you’ll doAnalyze KPI and reporting requirements within Customer Service
Build and maintain dashboards & reports (e.g. using Tableau, Power BI)
Act as the data contact for access, logic, and quality across the service domain
Collaborate with Data Analysts, Engineers & Scientists to ensure data availability
Ensure consistent data definitions and stakeholder transparency
Identify service process improvements through data analysis
A degree in business informatics, economics, IT, or a related field, ideally with training in Business Analytics
Professional experience in data analytics, preferably in customer service or e-commerce
Strong skills with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Understanding of data modeling and reporting workflows
SQL knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
Excellent communication skills across technical and operational teams
Fluent in German, good in English
Experience with Zowie, Zendesk, Jira, and OKR methods is beneficial
