In her role, she works closely with leaders and employees to align HR initiatives with company strategy. From organisational planning to leadership support, she serves as the go-to person for all things people-related. She advises managers, implements key decisions, and ensures HR operations are not only running smoothly but are also adding real value to the business.
What sets her role apart is the blend of strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities — all while staying people-centric. “I love talking to our colleagues,” she shares. “The daily conversations and being able to offer advice or suggest improvements — such as streamlining processes — are incredibly rewarding.”
