A journey through the variety of the IT World
In 2020, Joshua began his vocational training as an IT specialist at DocMorris. Starting in the Service Desk, he rotated through various departments such as development, project management, and SAP. This versatility allowed Joshua to explore a wide range of IT systems and work processes. Looking back, he enthusiastically recalls his early days at DocMorris: "My expectations were not only met, but I quickly felt like a full-fledged member of the team."
From training to passion
After completing their training, apprentices have the opportunity to specialize in various areas based on their individual interests. Joshua found his passion for IT security, while his teammate David chose to enter the SAP department. Joshua advises future apprentices: "It's not mandatory to have strong technical aptitude, but enthusiasm for various IT systems is crucial."
Career without borders: international focus
A special highlight at DocMorris is the cross-border training. Our future IT specialists obtain a German IHK certificate while gaining professional experience in the Netherlands. This not only provides an international perspective but also allows for unique development in an international environment. The opportunity for employment after training is always very high for all our apprentices.
