At DocMorris, people are at the heart of everything we do — and no one embodies that better than our Senior People Business Partner Alexandra, who joined the team on 1 April  2024. With over 25 years of experience in the field, she brings passion, empathy and a deep commitment to shaping the employee experience.

In her role, she works closely with leaders and employees to align HR initiatives with company strategy. From organisational planning to leadership support, she serves as the go-to person for all things people-related. She advises managers, implements key decisions, and ensures HR operations are not only running smoothly but are also adding real value to the business.

What sets her role apart is the blend of strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities — all while staying people-centric. “I love talking to our colleagues,” she shares. “The daily conversations and being able to offer advice or suggest improvements — such as streamlining processes — are incredibly rewarding.”

For her, quality assurance in HR goes beyond data. It starts with listening — truly understanding what colleagues need, maintaining accurate information in HR systems, and embracing feedback to drive continuous improvement. This hands-on, responsive approach is key to her success.

Having worked in many HR teams over the years, joining DocMorris was a turning point: “For the first time in my career, I’m part of a large, international team — it’s dynamic, collaborative, and truly supportive.” The diverse and empathetic work environment allows her to bring in her cross-cultural expertise, while benefiting from flexible hours, mobile office options, and perks such as a subsidised pension scheme, employee stock ownership, and even fresh fruit — a small but appreciated daily highlight.
