On 26 July, Berlin transformed into a vibrant sea of rainbow colours for the CSD parade, and DocMorris was right at the center of it!
This year, we proudly joined forces with the ESMT Pride Impact Club and the ESCP Student Societies in Berlin, rolling through the streets on a colorful truck that symbolized collaboration and shared values.
DocMorris and the student initiatives share common values: growth, international focus, leadership, and continuous learning, which are principles we put into practice in our daily work.
By showing up together at CSD, we wanted to send a clear message: diversity, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and equality aren’t just words for us; they’re part of our everyday work culture.
As in the previous year, employees could secure a place on our truck. In 2025, the selection process for the colleagues on the truck took place as part of the “Ride with Pride – your poster, your message” campaign. To support this, creative stations with paper and paint were set up in our offices, and participants also submitted digital designs.
All submitted posters were shared anonymously on our internal communication platform and reviewed by colleagues. The most popular designs won a place on the truck and a weekend in Berlin, travel and accommodation included.
A group of ambassadors represented DocMorris at CSD Berlin. Here are their impressions and experiences of the event:
Kerstin: “My ears are still ringing, my glitter still sticks everywhere, and my heart is still full. Being part of this year’s CSD in Berlin was loud, fabulous, and honestly a little emotional. Dancing through the streets with hundreds of thousands of people who actually care about diversity and human rights, it restored my faith in humanity.”
Dominik: “I'm proud and grateful to have been part of this year’s CSD in Berlin – a moment that means a lot to me personally. In today’s increasingly polarized social and political climate, dialogue is often rough, and empathy can no longer be taken for granted. Showing up and standing up matters more than ever. That’s why I’m especially proud to be part of DocMorris – thank you for embracing diversity, inclusion, and visibility.”
With our presence at the CSD parade in Berlin, we made this commitment visible: we celebrate diversity, stand alongside the LGBTQIA+ community, and champion a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and included.
