Get to know Daniela, Constantin and Anamaria‑Ioana, a mother, a father and their daughter who all contribute to our logistics operations. They work in different areas of the warehouse, yet their family bond adds a unique dynamic.
Their journey at DocMorris began when the parents joined the company in October 2022. When their daughter later moved from Romania to the Netherlands, she wondered whether there might be an opportunity for her as well. Thanks to our referral program and the support of her parents’ team leader, she joined DocMorris in December 2025 and quickly felt at home.
“It was much better than I expected,” she says about her first weeks. “The welcome was really heartfelt, and I like my colleagues a lot.”
Although they work close to one another, each family member plays a different role in the logistics chain. Anamaria‑Ioana starts at the beginning of the process, picking products and preparing them for the next stages. She enjoys the variety and the pace of her team.
Her father works in the pack department, where precision and responsibility matter. “Sometimes I process orders with more than 60 items. It’s important to me that everything is correct. Especially when it comes to medicine, what you do really matters.”
Daniela, the mother, works directly alongside her husband. For both of them, this feels completely natural. “We worked together before in Romania for three years. So yes, working in the same team feels natural for us.”
One thing the entire family highlights with enthusiasm is the diversity at DocMorris. Coming from Romania and having previously worked at another large logistics company in the Netherlands, they were pleasantly surprised by how international the warehouse environment is. With more than 50 nationalities represented across our company and English as the official company language, they value the multicultural atmosphere every single day.
“Seeing so many nationalities here was something we didn’t expect. It’s really nice,” says Anamaria‑Ioana.
Transitioning into the healthcare sector was a completely new experience for the family. Unlike general retail logistics, pharmaceutical work demands a high level of attention. “It’s not like shipping shoes or a jacket,” the father explains. “Working with medicine gives the task a special meaning. You contribute to ensuring that people are well cared for. That makes the job different.”
Working at DocMorris also introduced them to an environment where they learn something new almost every day. Digital tools, tracking systems and quality‑checking processes were all unfamiliar to them at first, but they now navigate them with growing confidence.
